Q: we are a grp of 6 adults who wish to take this tour in june. 27th june to 2nd july. Our flights are from LA to India. We need two rooms. One room for 4 females and 1rm for two males Wanted to know if the tour is available during the dates mentioned. Also help us calculate per person cost for the trip.. Any other costs included??

1 : 4 Adult Tickets = $1,728.00
2 : 2 Adult Tickets = $1,096.00
Total Amount = $2,824.00
The "buy 2, get 1 free" promotion only applies if you have three passengers traveling in the same room.This tour is available on your desired travel dates of June 27th to July 2nd.

1) If you decide to cancel your tour within 7-days of departure, the cancellation fee is of 100%, you would receive no refund.Please refer to our cancellation policy on the following link:

2) This tour does not offer airport transfers.
You would need to find your own transportation from the drop-off location to the airport.
The drop-off locations are the same as the pick-up locations offered out of San Francisco and the general surrounding area.
4) There is no child price for this tour.
As long as there are two passengers traveling in the same room, the price per passenger (regardless of age) is of $288.

Q: Hi I am interesting in this tour. Do you know if we need to take any flights, between cities or everything by bus. I don't have a problem with that,but I don't like too much taking flights. Meals are include and hotels too? Its meals no. Its okay. I am traveling with a teenager who loves see part of the country side. We like this tour, because leaves from SF and ends in SF. This tour is entirely by tour coach bus.Meals are not included.
The price of the tour includes the hotel accommodations for all nights of the tour and the bus transportation.

There will be a lot of sightseeing on this tour.
This tour has departures on Wednesdays and Saturdays in July 2013.
The tour will start in San Francisco and end in San Francisco.

Optional tour schedules and durations tend to vary dependent on departure dates. Be assured that the tour guide will be able to provide more detailed tour schedule information on the first day for each day on the tour package itinerary.
You will be given the opportunity to sightsee in every location at leisure and the actual time alloted at leisure will vary.
The first night's hotel used for the tour will be located in La Mirada or in Fullerton.
The San Francisco area hotels used will actually be located in Union City, CA which is about a 40-50 minute drive from the city of San Francisco.

There are additional fees for any changes made to your reservation.
Amendment Fees:Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online, will be subject to a minimum $30 Amendment Fee (per change). Seats will be confirmed within one to two business days. To cancel a customer from a reservation, the regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
The $30 amendment fee is a minimum tour change fee. If changes are too frequent and urgent, additional fees may apply to alter or change the tour in addition to the $30 amendment fee. Paying the $30 amendment fee does not guarantee a change can and will be made.
